Scalarium charges for every instance hour. There are no setup fees or monthly minimum charges.

Instances are charged by the hour, rounding up. Each partial instance hour consumed will be billed as a full hour.
The charges apply for every running instance, but only cover the costs to manage your instances with Scalarium. They don't include charges imposed by Amazon for instance hours, bandwidth, network storage, and other used resources, which will be billed separately and by Amazon. Please consult the Amazon EC2 pricing page for details.

Every Scalarium account includes the Community support package. If you need direct support and access to our Rails and hosting experts, you can purchase additional support packages.
Support packages are independent of the number of instances and are charged monthly, each partial month will be charged as a whole. Each additional support hour will be charged 125 € per hour or partial hour. Business hours are: 9am to 6pm CET.
The community support does not include an entitlement to direct/active support or response times.

General Information
All prices in the price list are net prices. Value Added Tax will be applied in the invoice.
